Betty's Midwest Kitchen - Aman Suria

We reached this restaurant around 8pm and there was a short Q outside, we left our names with the waiter to ensure that we are in the Q. After 20 minutes, we were seated. Just beside us was CityGirl from Kampungboycitygirl fame.

Grill Soft Ribs (RM25.50). These ribs were grilled to slightly burned and the meat was very tender. The ribs were well-marinated and we dont need to dip into the sauce to get some taste. By the way, I dont quite like the sauce though.

Pork chop with mushroom gravy (RM20). Nikky ordered this. The pork chop was a bit tough and the sauce was just normal. Nothing special about this.

Grill pork belly (RM24). This pork belly almost tasted the same as the soft ribs. It was half fats and half meat. I ate one whole slab and cut out all the fats for the other 2 slabs.

Definately will return back to this restaurant to try out other dishes, but I dont mind having the ribs again. Nikky agreed. The pork here does not have the strong pork smell compare to Belly Good. Guess Belly Good has a very strong competitor now.
